Tonies The Gruffalo Audio Tonie

What's a Gruffalo? Your little listeners probably already know. Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler's story of a brave mouse, a deep dark wood and everybody's favourite knobbly-kneed monster comes to life on this Gruffalo Tonie. Discover more Tonies at Toys at Foys.

A stroll through the deep, dark wood

Pop the Gruffalo Tonie on a Toniebox and the classic tale begins. Actress Imelda Staunton reads the story, and there is a Gruffalo song to finish, so children can join in with the words they already know.

Easy for little hands

Children start and stop the story themselves: place the figure on top of the Toniebox to play and lift it off to pause. No screens and no fiddly buttons.

Good to know

You will need a Toniebox to play this Tonie. It works with all Tonieboxes; the Toniebox is sold separately. The hand-painted figure is magnetic and doubles as a little Gruffalo toy. Running time is about 17 minutes. Find more kids' music toys in our range.

Delivery Costs, Ireland and Northern Ireland

Delivery times

Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and your order is usually on its way the same day. Most orders arrive the next working day, and nearly all within two. Very occasionally — during busy periods like Christmas, or if our courier runs into a delay — it can take a little longer, so please allow up to 5 working days.

Bulky items

We deliver large items ourselves rather than hand them to a courier, so they arrive properly and in one piece. That takes a little longer: please allow 1-2 weeks. We'll give you a call to arrange a day that suits you.
