Collecting in Letterkenny

If Letterkenny suits you better, we can send your order over to our Foy & Company store on Port Road. Allow a couple of extra days, as we don't travel between the shops every day — just let us know when you order.

The toys themselves are all in Ballybofey. Letterkenny is our furniture and home store, so think of it as a collection point rather than somewhere to browse.

Is there a Toys at Foys in Letterkenny?

No — the toy shop is in Ballybofey. You can collect a toy order at our Letterkenny store on Port Road if that suits you better, but the toys are all here in Ballybofey.

Can I buy online and collect in store?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick it up on Main Street, Ballybofey. There's no charge.

How will I know my order is ready?

We send an email as soon as it's ready, and usually a WhatsApp message as well.

How long will you hold my order?

As long as you need. It's paid for and it's yours, so it stays here until you collect it.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Your order confirmation on your phone is plenty.

Can you deliver instead?

We can, anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery is €7, free over €70, and most orders placed before 1pm are on their way the same day.

Large items — Electric ride-on, swing sets, ride-ons, playhouses and the like — we deliver ourselves rather than sending them by courier, so allow one to two weeks. Delivery on large items is free over €250, and €50 under that. Full delivery details.
